Bulimia and Emma=NO MORE!!!!!! YES!!!! Zack and everybody convinced me.. Thanks guys. Anyway, being 5'8" and 125 pounds is good, and I wear a size 4-6 in pants, that's pretty good, right? Well anyway, I'm going to stick to my basic eating pattern of 5-6 things a day:
1.Granola cereal
2.Peanut and Jelly sanwich on wheat bread(reduced fat jiffy peanut butter, and strawberry jelly)
3.No-fat yougurt (light and fit brand)
4.After school snack (fruit)
5. Dinner, whatever I want.
And no puking, I swear. Sides my throaght was starting to hurt.
